By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Our courses and services are available to individuals who are at least 16 years of age (or have parental consent if younger), can form legally binding contracts, and are not barred from receiving services under applicable laws.
Enrollment is confirmed only after fee payment (full or partial). To enroll, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Upon successful enrollment, you will receive access to course materials as per the program schedule. Course content is for personal, non-commercial use only. Students are expected to attend classes regularly, as excessive absences may affect certification eligibility.
Course fees are as stated at the time of enrollment. All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. We accept payments via Cash, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.), Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS), and secure online methods (Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking).
Installment payment options may be available for select courses. Failure to pay installments on time may result in suspension of access. Receipts are system-generated and provided as proof of payment. Once generated, receipts cannot be edited or deleted. All payments recorded in our system are considered final.
Our refund policy is as follows:
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to team.craftsoft@gmail.com. No refunds are guaranteed unless explicitly stated in writing.
All course materials, including but not limited to videos, presentations, documents, and code samples, are the intellectual property of Abhi's Craftsoft. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or share materials with others without explicit permission.
Students and clients are expected to maintain discipline and respectful behavior. Any misuse of institute resources or violation of conduct may result in termination of enrollment without refund. You must submit original work and avoid plagiarism.
For IT services (web development, graphic design, etc.), the scope of work will be defined in a separate agreement. We will deliver work as per the agreed timeline. Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables, though we reserve the right to showcase work in our portfolio.
Abhi's Craftsoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, employment outcomes, or technical issues beyond our control, including third-party service disruptions or force majeure events.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
